What you'll do
- Coordinate internal resources and vendors to deliver projects smoothly
- Deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget
- Develop project scopes, objectives, and detailed project plans
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Report project updates and escalate issues to management
- Manage client relationships
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintain vendor relationships
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Project management, project planning, and project administration
- Resource allocation, budget management, and project performance measurement
- Scope and change management and risk management
- Client relationship management and vendor management
- Marine industry experience
- MS Project and Microsoft Office
- Computer Science / Engineeringpreferred
