What you'll do
- Manage the process from initial design to programming and commissioning of electrical and automation projects
- Meet short-term and long-term sales and revenue goals following team KPIs
- Partner with the sales team to maintain and generate leads
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service
- Prepare sales budgets and offers ensuring technical and financial accuracy
- Contribute to identifying and developing new market opportunities with the sales team
- Monitor customer and market trends to develop marketing activities
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Electrical Engineering and Automation Programming skills
- Experience in Sales with knowledge of marine or yachting market as advantage
- Use of O365 and Remote Tools
- Ownership, professionalism, and a collaborative solutions-oriented approach
- Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills
