What you'll do
- Serve passengers at automatic check-in machines
- Check in passengers and luggage at check-in counters
- Process overweight and service charges
- Verify travel documents and passenger identity
- Manage aircraft arrivals
- Escort passengers as needed
- Coordinate boarding gate operations including gate organization, announcements, carry-on baggage checks, and passenger boarding
Key requirements
- English (B2 Level) proficiency
- Passenger check-in procedures and handling check-in counters
- Overweight charges processing and travel document verification
- Boarding gate coordination
- Computer literacy skills
- Customer service with politeness, smiling, and friendly demeanor
- Time management and teamwork abilities
- Second foreign language preferred
