What you'll do
- Coordinate PRM Agents and lifting equipment operators to assist passengers with reduced mobility
- Assign PRM Agents to prepare airline check-in areas, escort crews to aircraft, deliver supplies to premium lounges, and support operational needs
- Inspect narrow and standard wheelchairs for suitability and record and count them on the relevant company form
- Report disruptions to smooth department operations to the relevant departments
- Follow airport quality measures and regulations and applicable legislation for passengers with reduced mobility
