What you'll do
- Prepare necessary flight documents for your assigned flight
- Communicate with all flight-related departments to transfer and confirm information
- Check functionality of all required supplies for flight service
- Ensure smooth boarding and deboarding process for passengers using bridges and stairs
- Supervise loading and unloading of luggage in aircraft holds
- Monitor processes of all departments involved in the flight according to airline standards and schedules
- Communicate with cabin crew and pilot, delivering all required documents
Key requirements
- Communication with flight-related departments and coordination of team
- Preparation of flight documents and monitoring all departments' processes
- Supervision of loading/unloading luggage and ensuring safety rules compliance
- English proficiency at B2 level and computer literacy
- Time management and customer service experience
- Driving license category B
