What you'll do
- Prepare necessary documents for the flight under your responsibility
- Communicate with all departments related to the flight to transfer and confirm information
- Check functionality of all necessary equipment for flight service
- Ensure smooth passenger disembarkation and boarding from jet bridges and aircraft stairs
- Supervise baggage unloading and loading in aircraft holds
- Oversee processes of all departments involved with the flight according to airline standards and timelines
- Communicate with cabin crew and flight captain and deliver all required documents
Key requirements
- English level B2 or equivalent certificate
- Category B Driving License valid for at least 12 months
- Computer Literacy with familiarity in electronic systems
- Time Management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Team Coordination with various departments for smooth operations
- Safety Compliance by following airline and airport regulations
- Communication with Departments including flight crew and service teams
