What you'll do
- Welcome and serve guests with professionalism and attention to detail
- Take food and beverage orders and ensure accurate and timely service
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu and beverages
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of restaurant and service areas
- Coordinate with kitchen and F&B team for smooth service
- Handle guest requests and feedback positively and solution-oriented
- Follow hotel standards, service procedures, hygiene regulations, and safety guidelines
- Support team to deliver high level of luxury hospitality

- Customer service orientation and attention to detail
- Food and beverage knowledge including menu and beverage recommendations
- Communication skills and English language proficiency
