What you'll do
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operations, staff supervision, and training
- Ensure all staff adhere to service standards and procedures
- Monitor guest experiences and address concerns promptly
- Help manage inventory and maintain supply levels
- Facilitate effective communication among staff
- Participate in creating staff schedules and maintaining a positive work environment
Key requirements
- 1+ years' experience
- Leadership and staff supervision skills
- Customer service with attention to detail
- Food and beverage operations knowledge including inventory management
- Communication skills and interpersonal abilities
- Problem solving for guest complaints
- Multilingual skills including fluency in English
