What you'll do
- Handle reservation calls and emails while accurately entering guest details
- Answer questions about room availability, rates, amenities, and promotions
- Modify or cancel existing reservations
- Coordinate guest requests and special arrangements with other departments
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing and financial documentation
- Recommend hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to guests
- Resolve guest complaints professionally and empathetically
Key requirements
- Hotel reservation systems and computer systems and software
- Customer service, guest complaint handling, and problem-solving
- Data entry accuracy and attention to detail
- Multitasking and task prioritization
- Payment processing and billing and financial documentation
- English language and hotel facilities and local area knowledge
- General Studies / Hospitality Management
