What you'll do
- Handle incoming reservation calls and emails while accurately entering guest details
- Respond to guest inquiries about room availability, rates, amenities, and promotions
- Modify or cancel existing reservations
- Coordinate guest requests and special arrangements with other departments
- Process payment transactions and maintain accurate billing documentation
- Recommend hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to guests
- Resolve guest complaints professionally and empathetically
Key requirements
- Hotel reservation systems and computer systems and software
- Customer service, reservation management, and guest inquiry handling
- Data entry accuracy and payment processing
- Billing and financial documentation
- Multitasking and task prioritization
- Problem-solving, guest complaint resolution, and English fluency
- General Education / Hospitality Management
