What you'll do
- Oversee the hotel's daily operations
- Supervise Housekeeping, Maintenance, Front Desk, and Food and Beverage departments
- Ensure compliance with service standards and operating procedures
- Manage and motivate the operational team
- Train and develop staff to deliver exceptional guest service
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and maximize profitability
- Coordinate with other departments to manage guest expectations and resolve issues
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Hotel operations management
- Leadership and team management; staff training and development
- Service standards compliance; operational strategy development
- Customer service; problem-solving
- Communication; interpersonal skills
- Deadline management; organization; English language fluency
- Hospitality Management
