What you'll do
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms and restock supplies
- Keep all areas well-maintained and organized
- Report maintenance issues and room discrepancies to the appropriate department
- Assist with laundry and housekeeping inventory as needed
- Provide customer service and respond to guest requests and inquiries
Key requirements
- Cleaning guest rooms, bathroom sanitization, and knowledge of cleaning products and techniques
- Attention to detail and independent work
- Time management and communication
- Laundry assistance and housekeeping inventory management
- Customer service, room discrepancy reporting, and maintenance issue reporting
