What you'll do
- Manage receiving, handling, storage, and dispatching of warehouse goods and supplies
- Maintain accurate stock levels and prepare weekly and monthly inventory reports
- Coordinate orders with departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety across warehouse and storage areas
- Train, supervise, and coach warehouse staff
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Coordinate logistics between warehouse, purchasing, and accounting departments
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Warehouse management, receiving and dispatching
- Inventory management, stock control, and inventory management systems
- Logistics coordination, order coordination, and purchasing and accounting coordination
- Warehouse safety and organization, health and safety compliance
- MS Office
- Team management, leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Logistics / Supply Chain Management / Any Field
