What you'll do
- Oversee the daily operation and coordination of the Logistics Center
- Coordinate warehouse teams and allocate responsibilities, workload and operational resources
- Manage inbound receiving, put-away, storage, replenishment, picking, packing, order preparation and dispatch
- Prepare retail store orders accurately and coordinate distribution through the company fleet
- Oversee high-volume e-commerce order fulfillment and service levels
- Monitor warehouse KPIs, identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures, quality standards and Health and Safety requirements
- Use WMS and warehouse systems to support operational accuracy and efficiency
- Analyze operational data to improve processes, productivity, space utilization and costs
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives across logistics operations
- Align warehouse activities with Commercial, Supply Chain, e-Commerce, Retail and B2B priorities
- Prepare and present operational reports and KPI dashboards
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Warehouse operations management, Logistics operations and Distribution management
- Team leadership and people management
- Workforce planning and resource allocation
- Warehouse KPIs, Operational data analysis and Process optimization
- WMS, MS Excel and Inventory management
- Order fulfillment, Continuous improvement, Health and Safety compliance and English language
- Logistics / Supply Chain Management / Business Administration / Engineering / Any Field
