What you'll do
- Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and presentation standards
- Follow health, safety, food handling, and sanitation guidelines
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while meeting quality and productivity standards
- Collaborate with team members to support smooth kitchen operations
Key requirements
- Cooking, cooking methods and ingredients, and food preparation
- Food safety and sanitation
- Kitchen equipment and kitchen operations
- Inventory management and supply ordering
- Organizational skills, multitasking, and working under pressure
- Quality control, productivity management, communication, and interpersonal skills
