What you'll do
- Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Follow health and safety regulations when preparing and serving food
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow food handling and sanitation guidelines
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while meeting quality and productivity standards
- Collaborate with team members to support smooth kitchen operations

- Cooking, cooking methods and ingredients, and recipe adherence
- Food safety and sanitation, kitchen sanitation, and quality control
- Kitchen equipment and food preparation
- Inventory management and supply ordering
- Kitchen operations and organization
- Multitasking, working under pressure, and deadline management
