What you'll do
- Assist the Rooms Division Manager with housekeeping, front desk, reservations, and guest services operations
- Ensure high customer service standards and guest satisfaction
- Coordinate and oversee daily departmental staff activities
- Train and mentor team members, providing guidance and support
- Monitor department performance and implement efficiency and productivity improvements
- Collaborate with other departments to support smooth operations and guest experiences
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees
Key requirements
- Rooms division operations management
- Leadership, organizational skills, and staff training and mentoring
- Customer service and interdepartmental collaboration
- Hotel software systems and Microsoft Office
- Performance monitoring and operational efficiency improvement
- English language proficiency and safety and security management
- Hospitality Management / Any Field
