What you'll do
- Assist with housekeeping, front desk, reservations, and guest services operations
- Ensure high customer service standards and guest satisfaction
- Coordinate and oversee daily departmental staff activities
- Train and mentor team members, providing guidance and support
- Monitor performance and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with other departments to support smooth operations and guest experiences
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees
Key requirements
- Hotel operations management across housekeeping, front desk, reservations, and guest services
- Leadership, organizational skills, and team training and mentoring
- Customer service and guest services
- Hotel software systems and MS Office
- Performance improvement and interdepartmental collaboration
- English fluency and safety and security management
- Hospitality Management / Any Field
