What you'll do
- Assist in coordinating and supervising the housekeeping team
- Train and coach housekeeping staff on cleaning and maintenance procedures
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and orderliness
- Collaborate with front desk staff to ensure guest satisfaction
- Order and maintain housekeeping supplies and inventory
- Schedule staff and assign tasks to ensure efficient use of resources
- Assist in developing and implementing housekeeping policies and procedures
Key requirements
- Housekeeping team coordination and training
- Inspection of guest rooms and public areas
- Organizational and time management skills
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques and methods
- Ability to work independently and familiarity with health and safety regulations
- English language proficiency
