What you'll do
- Organize and allocate housekeeping staff based on occupancy and arrivals/departures
- Supervise the cleaning of guest rooms
- Supervise the cleaning of offices and common areas
- Apply HACCP system rules and sanitary protocols
- Handle customer requests and special occasions
- Regularly check office organization
- Distribute additional room items following hotel service standards
- Report maintenance issues or damages found in rooms
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Knowledge of HACCP system and sanitary protocols
- English language proficiency
- Hotel management software knowledge
- Supervision and team management skills
- Customer service and communication skills
- Problem-solving and leadership abilities
- Tourismpreferred
