What you'll do
- Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline employees to meet cultural and core standards
- Control labor and operating expenses through scheduling, budgeting, purchasing, and inventory control
- Maintain relationships with regular guests and cultivate new patron relationships
- Communicate with employees and managers to meet operational needs and attend coordination meetings
- Plan schedules and ensure high employee performance
- Lead and motivate teams promoting the organization's core values
- Exceed guest expectations and assist in creating memorable guest experiences
Key requirements
- Leadership and team development in luxury hospitality or high-end restaurant environments
- Food & Beverage service and restaurant management knowledge
- Employee training, motivation, and communication skills
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Guest relations and guest experience delivery
- Budgeting, scheduling, inventory control, and operational excellence
