What you'll do
- Take guest In-Room Dining orders and communicate special requests to the Kitchen
- Answer telephone calls professionally and provide menu recommendations

- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Banquets, and other departments for special deliveries
- Use HotSOS to dispatch service requests efficiently
- Prepare operational reports using Avero software and assist with payroll reporting
- Liaise with Culinary team regarding special dietary and off-menu requests
- Manage Food & Beverage outlet reservations through OpenTable
- Support administrative tasks and general operational assistance
- Ensure compliance with Four Seasons standards, health & safety, and hygiene regulations
- Respond appropriately during emergency situations while maintaining professionalism

About the Role
At Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens (ranked No. 17 in the World's 50 Best Hotels), we are seeking a highly organized and guest-focused In-Room Dining Coordinator to join our Food & Beverage team on a full-time, permanent basis.
As an In-Room Dining Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring every order is handled with accuracy, efficiency, and personalized care. You will coordinate daily In-Room Dining operations, communicate closely with the Kitchen and service teams, and contribute to delivering exceptional luxury dining experiences.
What You Will Do
Take guest In-Room Dining orders and communicate special requests accurately to the Kitchen.
Answer telephone calls professionally, provide menu recommendations, and confidently describe food and beverage offerings.
Upsell menu items and promote additional products and services.
Coordinate food, beverage, and amenity deliveries to ensure timely and accurate service.
Process guest charges, gratuities, and maintain billing accuracy.
Maintain records of amenities, special requests, and guest preferences.
Update guest profiles in Opera and manage VIP requests and reports.
Coordinate with Housekeeping, Banquets, and other departments for special deliveries and guest requests.
Use HotSOS to dispatch service requests efficiently.
Prepare operational reports using Avero and assist with payroll reporting when required.
Liaise with the Culinary team regarding special dietary requirements and off-menu requests.
Manage Food & Beverage outlet reservations through OpenTable.
Support administrative tasks and provide general operational assistance to the department.
Ensure compliance with Four Seasons standards, health & safety procedures, and hygiene regulations.
Respond appropriately during emergency situations while maintaining professionalism at all times.
What You Bring
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Applicants must hold a European Passport or have the legal right to work in Greece.
Previous experience in In-Room Dining, Food & Beverage, Front Office, or luxury hospitality is considered an advantage.
Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
Strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced luxury environment.
Fluency in English is essential; Greek is considered an advantage.
Food handling and sanitation certification is an asset.

Schedule & Hours
This is a full-time, permanent position.
The schedule is based on operational needs and includes 5 working days per week with 2 days off. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays is required.
