What you'll do

- Maintain strong product knowledge of hotel offerings to position property for group programs
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to refine sales strategies
Key requirements
- Group Sales and MICE sales experience in luxury hospitality
- Corporate client relationship management and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce and sales reporting tools
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships

- Fluency in English and readiness to travel

At Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens (ranked No. 17 in the World’s 50 Best Hotels), we are seeking an exceptional Group Sales Manager (preferably with US market Knowledge) to join our Sales team.
As Group Sales Manager, you will be an experienced luxury hospitality sales professional with a strong understanding of the MICE and group segments in a fast paced and dynamic hotel environment. You will play a key role in driving group revenue from feeder markets, building long-term relationships with agencies, corporate clients and key partners, and representing the hotel within the global Four Seasons network. What You Will Do
Drive group revenue, focusing on corporate groups, incentive travel, and MICE segments, in alignment with the hotel’s commercial strategy.
Establish Four Seasons Astir Palace Athens as a preferred luxury destination for planners, agencies, and corporate clients.
Proactively generate new group business through strategic prospecting, sales trips, networking, and industry events across key feeder markets.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities, delivering against revenue and activity targets.
Develop and nurture relationships with key accounts, including MICE agencies, DMCs, and corporate direct clients.
Collaborate closely with Global Sales Offices and internal teams to maximise conversion and ensure seamless client experiences.
Conduct regular client meetings (virtual and in-person), maintaining a high level of engagement and follow-up through CRM tools.
Organise and host site inspections, familiarisation trips, and presentations, ensuring a best-in-class experience aligned with Four Seasons standards
Maintain strong product knowledge of all hotel offerings, including accommodation, event spaces, wellness facilities, and F&B, to effectively position the property for bespoke group programs
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to refine strategies and identify new opportunities
What You Bring
Proven track record in group/MICE sales within luxury hospitality.
Fluency in English (extra language would be considered as an advantage).
Highly motivated, proactive, and results-driven with strong commercial acumen.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across international teams.
Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales reporting tools.
Willingness to travel frequently to the assigned territory.
