What you'll do
- Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline In-Room Dining employees
- Supervise daily In-Room Dining operations including Mini Bar and special guest requests
- Control labour and operating expenses through scheduling, budgeting, purchasing, and inventory control
- Ensure quality, accuracy, presentation, and timely delivery of In-Room Dining orders
- Communicate with employees and managers to meet operational needs and attend meetings
- Plan schedules, monitor employee performance, and foster a positive team environment
- Lead and motivate the team by promoting the Four Seasons Golden Rule
- Build and maintain strong guest relationships by anticipating needs and creating memorable experiences
Key requirements
- Leadership and team management in Food & Beverage service
- Operational excellence in In-Room Dining and Mini Bar coordination
- Budgeting, scheduling, and inventory control skills
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and motivation to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- English language proficiency and guest relationship management
