What you'll do
- Create and manage purchase orders
- Monitor product performance and sales
- Analyse sales, stock and sell-through data
- Support assortment planning and store replenishment
- Manage product information and ERP master data
- Prepare buying reports and product analysis

Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Experience with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Purchase order management and stock management
- Data analysis and commercial performance analysis
- Assortment planning and category review support
- Supplier coordination and product launch support
- Communication skills in Greek and English
- Attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Multi-tasking and collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Business Administration / Supply Chain Management / Any Fieldpreferred

About the job
The Buyer will support the buying function across apparel, footwear and accessories, ensuring the right product assortment, stock availability and commercial performance for Greece and Cyprus.
Working closely with the Commercial team, the role is responsible for executing buying activities, analyzing performance, managing orders and collaborating with internal departments to support the successful delivery of each collection.
Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Competencies Required:
•Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain or related field
•3+ years of experience as Buyer or Assistant Buyer (fashion retail preferred)
•Experience with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English
•Strong analytical and commercial thinking
•Strong attention to detail
•Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
