What you'll do
- Manage and supervise daily maintenance activities across all properties
- Apply Standard Operating Procedures consistently across all properties
- Report maintenance-related matters to the General Manager
- Plan and execute the annual Maintenance Action Plan with hotel management and maintenance teams
- Oversee the condition, availability, and inventory of maintenance tools, equipment, and supplies
- Resolve maintenance issues promptly and effectively
- Support recruitment, training, performance assessment, and retention of maintenance personnel
- Coordinate external contractors and service providers on technical and safety matters
- Lead regular team meetings and participate in cross-departmental meetings
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Maintenance operations management, maintenance planning, and Standard Operating Procedures
- HVAC systems, electrical systems, and plumbing systems
- Inventory management and MS Office
- Team management and contractor coordination
- Safety compliance and problem-solving
- Travel availability, Greek language, and English language
- Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Related Technical Fieldpreferred
