What you'll do
- Assist waiters with food and beverage service for an assigned station
- Clean, organize, and maintain the designated service station
- Clear dishes, glassware, and cutlery from guests’ tables
- Refill salt, pepper, sugar, and condiment containers
- Prepare mise-en-place so the station is ready for service
- Provide attentive, personalized service and fulfill guest requests promptly
- Inform waiters about service events and guest requests requiring special attention
- Assist with table setup, including linens, silverware, and glassware
- Perform room service and table-side service
- Polish glassware, cutlery, and flatware
- Keep tables and the service station clean and orderly

- Mise-en-place preparation, service station organization, and glassware and cutlery polishing
- Customer service, active listening, and effective communication
