What you'll do
- Assist Waiters with food and beverage service for guests
- Clean, organize, and maintain the designated service station
- Remove dishes, glassware, and cutlery from guests’ tables
- Refill salt, pepper, sugar, and condiment containers
- Prepare mise en place to keep the station ready
- Provide attentive, personalized service and promptly fulfill guest requests
- Inform Waiters about service events and guest requests requiring special attention
- Assist with setting tables, including linens, silverware, and glassware
- Deliver room service and table-side service
- Polish glassware, cutlery, and flatware
- Keep tables and the service station clean and orderly
