What you'll do
- Assist waitstaff with serving food and beverages to guests
- Set up and clear tables before and after service
- Keep the dining area clean, organized, and properly arranged
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests
- Support the team in maintaining high service and hospitality standards
- Help prepare and present food items as needed
Key requirements
- Food and beverage service and food service experience
- Customer service and hospitality service standards
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Table setup and clearing; dining area organization
- Food preparation and presentation; English fluency
