Your responsibilities
• Prepare service quotations and order confirmations.
• Coordinate and schedule service engineers for in the field assignments.
• Arrange travel, accommodation, and other logistical requirements.
• Monitor ongoing jobs and ensure timely execution.
• Act as the main communication link between customers, engineers, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Maintain service documentation and job records.
• Support final invoicing and job closing activities.
• Monitor departmental KPIs and prepare operational reports.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and customer satisfaction.
Who you are
• Technical, Marine, Engineering, or Business Administration background.
• Previous experience in service coordination, operations, customer service, or project administration.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Customer-focused and results-oriented mindset.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems will be considered an advantage.
• Fluency in English.
