What you'll do
- Plan and manage compressor systems including traditional and magnetically levitated designs
- Participate in project kick-offs, design reviews, coordination meetings, HAZOP studies, and FATs
- Act as Technical Project Leader for assigned work packages within project teams
- Lead the system design process including specification, procurement, and acceptance of plant components
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to external engineering and service providers
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across various departments
- Supervise a small planning team and monitor project costs, schedules, and deliverables
- Participate in technical discussions, negotiations, and clarifications with customers and suppliers
- Advise and support internal colleagues, customers, and external partners on technical matters
- Provide engineering support during commissioning and start-up activities
- Work across diverse technical topics related to main and auxiliary systems
- Participate in training activities and travel internationally as required
Key requirements
- 4+ years' experience
- Mechanical Engineering and Plant engineering expertise
- Compressor systems design and Control and regulation technology knowledge
- Project management and Project documentation skills
- International standards knowledge including MRL, EN, ANSI, API, VGB
- Explosion protection knowledge (ATEX, IECEx) and Functional safety familiarity
- SAP experience
- Technical leadership, Team leadership, and Communication skills
- Fluency in English and Greek
- Mechanical Engineering / Process Engineering / Any Fieldpreferred
