What you'll do
- Support employees and managers across the employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, role changes, leave administration, and offboarding
- Provide clear guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and people-related processes

- Contribute to performance management, learning, talent development, succession, and employee engagement initiatives
- Support compensation, benefits, HR budgeting and workforce planning through preparation, tracking, and reporting
- Prepare HR reports, maintain employee records, and ensure confidentiality, data quality, audit readiness, and compliance with labor legislation and company policies
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience

What You Will Do
Support employees and managers across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, role changes, leave administration and offboarding.
Act as a trusted HR point of contact, providing clear guidance on HR policies, employee relations matters and people-related processes.
Coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities, from job postings and candidate communication to offer documentation and onboarding preparation.
Contribute to performance management, learning, talent development, succession and employee engagement initiatives.
Support compensation, benefits, HR budgeting and workforce planning activities through accurate preparation, tracking and reporting.
Prepare HR reports, maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality, data quality, audit readiness and compliance with applicable labor legislation and company policies.
What We Are Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in an HR Generalist, HR Operations or similar people-focused role.
Good understanding of core HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
Experience supporting employee relations, performance management, HR administration and employee documentation.
Exposure to compensation and benefits, HR reporting and budgeting.
Good knowledge of labor legislation, HR compliance requirements and confidentiality principles.
Nice to Have
Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
Experience with payroll, applicant tracking or workforce reporting systems.
Experience in employee engagement, wellbeing, diversity and inclusion and/or HR transformation initiatives.
