We are seeking a dynamic Transaction Banking Sales Officer to join our Corporate & Investment Banking, within our Transaction Banking Unit located in Athens.

By joining this role, you’ll be part of the Cash & Trade Services Business Development Unit, and you will be responsible for developing sales for Transaction Banking products/services to the Corporate & Investment Banking clientele, as well as providing support to the Business Relationship Managers

 

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Build, develop and retain profitable relationship with a demanding clientele

  • Collaborate with Corporate Relation Managers on clientele focus and participate in their contacts, providing expertise

  • Recording of customer visits (call reports) and monitoring of the actions agreed by these meetings (Pipeline)

  • Identify specialized customer needs and provide feedback to the Product Units of Global Transaction Banking, to improve existing or create new products

  • Systematic monitoring of the transaction behavior of our customers (account profiling / wallet sizing)

 

You will be a great candidate if you:

  • Have at least 2 years of relevant professional experience

  • Hold a Bachelor's and a postgraduate degree in Finance, Business, or a related quantitative field

  • Have experience in payments, cash management, or sales

  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Are fluent in English

  • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, a collaborative spirit, agility, and a can-do attitude
