We are seeking a Senior Personal Banking Relationship Manager based in Chania, Crete.

By joining this role, you’ll be part of the Retail Banking Network holding a key sales management role and will be responsible for building high-impact customer relationships with affluent customers, driving segment business plan achievement in the area of your responsibility.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Achieving the strategic goals of Personal Banking (PB) and ensuring the smooth operation of relevant activities throughout the area market.

• Supervising, motivating, and coaching the Relationship Managers under your responsibility and supporting the team’s development by ensuring their engagement and professional growth.

• Managing and developing assigned Prime Customer portfolios as well as attracting new Prime Customers.

• Proactively researching market trends and monitoring the competition.

• Collaborating with Branch Managers and other branch staff in the area to achieve common business goals.

You will be a great candidate if you:

• Have 8 years' work experience in the Branch Network and/or v-banking and at least 2 years as a PB RM.

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or another field of study. Postgraduate degrees will be considered as an additional qualification.

• Hold professional certifications in investment products and bancassurance.

• Possess a high level of digital literacy and analytical abilities, with excellent knowledge of business systems and platforms.

• Are fluent in the English language (written and verbal communication).

• Demonstrate excellence in value-based behaviors, with emphasis on delivering results that have significant impact and building mutually beneficial relationships when working with clients or colleagues.
