About the job

We are seeking experienced Retail Networks professionals for the position of Retail Business Banking Relationship Manager (RBBRM) in Argolis, based in Nafplio. By joining this key sales role, you’ll be part of the Branch Network, and you will be responsible for building high impact relationships with business customers and driving segment business plan achievement in the Area of responsibility.

 

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Achieving the strategic goals of Retail Business Banking and ensuring the smooth operation of RBB activities throughout the Area Market.
  • Managing and developing assigned customer portfolios and attracting new customers.
  • Proactively researching market trends and monitoring the competition.
  • Collaborating with Senior RBB RMs, Branch Managers, and other branch staff of the Area to achieve common business goals.
  • Being open to the new mobility model of working. 

 

You will be a great candidate if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration or other field of studies. Postgraduate degrees will be considered an additional qualification.
  • 2 years of relevant professional experience within an established organization in Banking (corporate or structured finance divisions). Experience as an RBB RM will be considered as an additional qualification.
  • Professional certification in Bancassurance it will be considered as an additional qualification. 
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent command of Greek and English.
  • Have a high level of digital literacy and analytical abilities, excellent knowledge of business systems and platforms.
  • Focus on self-development and continuous learning.
