We are seeking a Market Analyst to join our dynamic team within the Retail Business Banking Segment.
By joining this role, you will play a crucial role in researching and evaluating market developments, analyzing internal competition, and exploring external trends, operational models, and customer approach strategies.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Conduct research and evaluate market developments, analyzing internal competition and investigating external trends in both local & international operational models and customer approach strategies.
- Evaluate potential strategic investments and conduct feasibility studies based on market data and projections, providing recommendations to management and supporting strategic decision-making with insights from market analysis.
- Prepare management presentations to communicate financial findings from strategic research projects and monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of market strategies and programs.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure the successful implementation of sector-specific programs and work closely with external stakeholders, including consultants and industry experts, for specialized strategic projects.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to support strategic decision-making.
You will be a great candidate if you:
- Have 3-5 years of experience in market analysis or a related field.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
- Have a strong knowledge of market dynamics and competitive analysis.
- Demonstrate excellent analytical and research skills.
- Are adaptable and detail-oriented with strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Possess strategic thinking, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Are proficient in spoken and written Greek and English.
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills, collaborative spirit, agility, and can-do attitude.
