international it release coordinator

We are seeking for an experienced Release Coordinator to join our International IT Governance Unit within our Group IT.

The International IT Governance team is responsible for the management of subsidiaries projects, collecting, rationalizing and prioritizing Bank’s demands as well as aligning local international demands with the Eurobank Group Shared Services.

By joining this role, you will be actively involved in the co-ordination of upgrades/deployments to Temenos Platform i.e.: Transact(T24), TAP, Infinity, Analytics, FCM and its related components like web/Db server(s), etc.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

• Build and review technical upgrade plans as well as the major changes/ releases, manage the upgrade implementer, make sure that the change/ upgrade proceeds in a timely fashion and according to the Implementation plan.
• Gather appropriate information based on the type of change/ upgrade being done.
• Associate related packages across application stack.
• Review change plans and schedules. Plan activities include schedule the change request, assess risk and impact, create plans, define and sequence the tasks needed to accomplish the change request, and schedule people and resources for each task.
• Understand Temenos products, it’s change requests functionally and upgrade procedure technically.

You will be a great candidate if you have:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in IT system support within the banking sector, and at minimum 2 years in coordinating application upgrades, particularly in Temenos platforms (Transact/T24, TAP, Infinity, etc.).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related field. Postgraduate studies will be considered as an additional asset.
• Experience in Temenos products/modules functional view, its dependencies (such as parameters, versions, modules with SWIFT messages, accounting impact).
• Deep understanding of Temenos upgrade procedures (service pack installation, DL.DEFINE, BUILD.CONTROL), with the ability to troubleshoot/assist upgrade implementers with technical issues.
• Proven ability to collaborate with Infrastructure and Operations teams to ensure seamless installations and successful upgrades across applications
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with strong skills in quantitative and financial modeling.
• Fluency in Greek and English (both written and spoken).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, a collaborative spirit, agility, and a can-do attitude.
• Project management skills with strong presentation and interaction abilities across cultures, and experience managing the project lifecycle from development to upgrades. A related qualification in PM will be considered as an additional asset.
• Demonstrated time management and problem-solving abilities with focus on working under tight deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and addressing issues effectively.
• Ability to travel as required.
