business transformation manager

In the context of Eurobank 2030, we are seeking an experienced Business Transformation Manager to join our Group Transformation Team. By joining this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting the implementation of strategic initiatives underlying the key pillars of the Bank’s transformation.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Contributing in shaping and reviewing the transformation initiatives portfolio in line with the Bank’s strategy

• Support of the relevant business areas in the scoping and development of transformation initiatives

• Working closely with multi-disciplinary teams, comprised of colleagues from across the bank, to deliver strategic transformation initiatives

• Challenging initiatives’ suitability in terms of reaching the strategic ambitions of the Bank

• Consolidating and reviewing initiative plans, as well identifying interdependencies, and resolving resource and timing conflicts

• Supporting the delivery of selected projects delivered by the Transformation team

• Monitoring project implementation progress by tracking appropriate KPIs and providing senior management with visibility of the delivery of their business case

• Proactively identifying delivery risks across the initiative portfolio together with initiative owners and preparing mitigative actions following the prescribed governance

You will be a great candidate if you:

• Have 5+ years of relevant professional experience with an established banking, investment banking, fintech or insurance organization in Greece and/or abroad (ideally as part of a transformation team) OR with a top-tier consulting firm (with industry focus on Financial Institutions and/or Transformation)

• Hold a Postgraduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., Economics, Business, Engineering or Technology) from a leading academic institution in Greece and/or abroad

• Have proven experience in transformation program delivery and/or strategic project management (e.g., strategic analysis, portfolio management, strategic communications)

• Have solid business understanding of the banking industry (retail and corporate banking, wealth management, digital/tech in banking, banking operations, risk etc.)

• Have familiarity with- and willingness to embrace agile methodologies and new ways of working

• Have a highly adaptable and resilient mindset that demonstrates openness to change, strong interpersonal and communication skills, collaborative spirit and can-do attitude

• Are fluent in the English language

• Are proficient in MS Office suite tools
