About the job
We are seeking a dynamic Wealth Management Business Analyst to join our International IT Core Banking & Integration Architecture team, within our International IT Business Analysis & Applications Unit.
By joining this role, you’ll be part of the International IT Business Analysis Team and you will be responsible for analyzing, implementing, and providing services to Group subsidiaries across multiple countries (Cyprus, Bulgaria, Luxembourg).
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Document functional and technical requirements.
- Work closely with Product Management and IT vendors.
- Present and align the product vision and roadmap with all stakeholders.
- Define and prioritize requirements, use cases, stories, epics, and themes.
- Improve systems by studying current practices; designing modifications.
You will be a great candidate if you have:
- Proven experience of at least 3 years as a Business Analyst, with a solid understanding of financial instruments, including equities, bonds, FX, deposits, money market instruments, and mutual funds.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business Analysis, or related field. Postgraduate studies will be considered an additional asset.
- A strong grasp of Securities Order Management and the Settlement cycle.
- Understanding of Discretionary, Advisory, and Execution-Only services.
- Familiarity with MiFID II framework (Suitability, Appropriateness, Target Market, TRS)
- Knowledge of Money Weighted Portfolio Performance calculations, performance contribution, and attribution.
- Experience with Temenos TripleA+, Transact, or Temenos scripting language, and a good understanding of Temenos T24 modules.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to produce or review functional and design specifications.
- Familiarity with IT delivery best practices, including structured change management and agile frameworks.
- Fluency in Greek and English (verbal and written).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
- Agile mindset, self-motivation, and ability to work independently in dynamic environments.
