- Provide support via telephone, livechat, and social media using modern communication tools
- Ensure optimal customer service and provide customer training on software use
- Collaborate with team members to maintain high-quality customer support
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Knowledge of accounting and income taxation principles
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Experience in application support and request management using livechat and social media
- Customer training and support skills
- Accountingpreferred
