What you'll do
- Enter and process sales orders in ERP/CRM systems
- Prepare offers for new clients to support sales process
- Issue invoices for delivered deals
- Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to manage inventory levels
- Perform periodic stock checks and reconciliations
- Support team in resolving sales order issues and ensuring timely execution
- Maintain accurate records to enhance operational efficiency
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Sales order processing and invoicing skills
- Experience with ERP and CRM systems
- Inventory management and stock reconciliation knowledge
- Organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Team collaboration and communication skills
- English language proficiency
- Finance / Logistics / Business Administrationpreferred
