What you'll do
- Monitor payroll and HR legislation changes and assess impact for system adjustments
- Analyze user requirements and translate into technical specifications
- Create and execute test scenarios based on workflows and labor laws
- Investigate production issues and perform root cause analysis
- Draft user manuals, release notes, and technical documentation
- Provide user training on legislative updates and new functionalities
- Coordinate with development team on task prioritization, progress tracking, and delivery
- Ensure clear and timely communication with all system users
Key requirements
- 4+ years' experience
- Payroll processes and HR legislation knowledge
- Payroll software experience and Time & Attendance software knowledge
- Business processes understanding in HR administration and payroll
- Analytical and problem-solving skills including root cause analysis
- Communication skills with expertise in technical specifications writing and documentation
- Basic information systems architecture understanding
- Task prioritization and coordination
- Accounting / Business Administration / Finance / Computer Sciencepreferred
