What you'll do
- Understand the entire payroll process from employee hiring to payroll generation
- Review and ensure accurate and timely year-end reporting and Alphalist generation
- Review payroll dispute summaries each pay period and monitor resolution
- Apply knowledge of payroll end-to-end process, taxation of employer paid benefits, and government premium deductions
- Participate in local and global projects as needed
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Payroll processing and payroll best practices
- Withholding tax on compensation and government premium deductions
- Experience with computerized payroll systems and Pylon Software
- Experience with Greek Digital Work Card (Ψηφιακή κάρτα Εργασίας)
- Proficiency in Google and Microsoft applications
- Interpersonal communication, decision-making, problem-solving, analytical, organizational, multitasking, and prioritizing skills
- Accounting and Finance
