What you'll do
- Supervise, train and mentor a team of HR Generalists

Key requirements
- 7+ years' experience
- Human Resources management and team supervision
- Recruitment coordination and HR operations
- HR documentation, reporting, policies and procedures
- Strong English language skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational skills and attention to detail
- Human Resources Management / Business Administration / Economicspreferred

📌Your mission:
Supervise, train and mentor a team of HR Generalists.
Act as the primary HR contact for managers and employees’ complex queries and guidance.
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned team roles and oversee HR day-to-day operations.
Prepare and manage HR documentation and reporting in alignment with internal guidelines.
Coordinate and assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures across business units to ensure consistency and clarity.
Participate in HR projects and initiatives related to culture, engagement, recognition and wellbeing.
Collaborate with the wider HR team on group-wide initiatives and activities.
📚What You Need:
University degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
7-10 years of experience in Ηuman Resources, with proven experience supervising or leading a team.
Strong understanding of core HR processes and practices.
Very good command of English (written & spoken).
Strong PC skills (MS Office).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a service- and solution-oriented mindset.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
🌟Bonus points if you have:
Experience in IT / technology / multi-company or growing organizations.
Postgraduate studies in HRM or a related field.
