What you'll do

About the job
Act as the senior HR Business Partner to senior leaders for HQ populations, providing proactive, business-oriented counsel on people matters, and partner with mid-management across HQ functions to align people strategies with business objectives.
Coordinate the identification of recruitment needs across HQ departments, partner closely with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure an efficient end-to-end recruitment process, and drive proactive talent pipelining and succession planning.
Lead talent review processes, succession planning, and performance management for HQ populations, while driving organizational design initiatives and addressing talent gaps through collaboration with Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development.
Develop and implement initiatives to boost employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention, serve as a culture ambassador reinforcing company values, and support the evolution of a decentralized HR model.
Oversee day-to-day HR delivery for HQ employees, handle complex employee relations cases in partnership with Legal, and ensure full compliance with local labor laws across Spain and Greece.
Work closely with the Senior Director of Shared Services on HRIS, analytics, and HR transformation initiatives, while leading, coaching, and developing a team of HR Business Partners and fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.
What will you bring?
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field, with a Master’s degree or HR certifications preferred.
Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in senior HR Business Partner or HR leadership roles supporting corporate and headquarters environments.
Proven experience in luxury hospitality, multi-site international operations, or fast-growing companies, with a strong track record as a strategic advisor to senior executives and mid-management.
Deep knowledge of labor legislation in Spain or Greece, combined with experience in organizational design, talent management, and HR transformation initiatives.
Fluency in English is required, while Spanish and/or Greek is considered a plus, along with availability and willingness to travel frequently between Madrid, Athens, and Thessaloniki.
Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, execution, and change management skills, excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, and a hands-on leadership style capable of operating at both strategic and operational levels.
