What you'll do
- Provide second-level technical support for ERP systems and network integrations
- Troubleshoot and configure POS, mobile SFA, and B2B connections
- Develop and maintain JavaScript automation scripts for support tasks
- Write and execute SQL queries for reporting and analysis
- Support Business Intelligence reporting and assist with system and user acceptance testing
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to resolve escalated issues
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- ERP technical support and technical troubleshooting
- Network integrations, POS/EFT systems, mobile ERP connectivity, and B2B integrations
- JavaScript and SQL
- System configuration and Business Intelligence reporting
- User acceptance testing and client-facing support
