Enorme Hotels is excited to welcome a skilled Hostess to our vibrant team! We are seeking an enthusiastic professional who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment. As a Hostess, you will ensure our guests receive exceptional service by taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and maintaining excellent communication with our Kitchen and Bar staff. If you are polite, a team player, and dedicated to creating memorable experiences, we want you on board!

Your main duties will be

1. Prepare indoor and outdoor dining areas and set tables to perfection

2. Receive and process PDA orders accurately and efficiently

3. Provide customer service in line with company standards, including food, wine, beverage, and coffee service

4. Promote sales by offering thoughtful suggestions to guests

5. Support table cleaning, site care, and assist in other duties as assigned by the head of department

Qualifications

1. Minimum of 1 year relevant experience in hotel service

2. Good command of the English language; German language skills are a valuable plus

3. Degree in Tourism, Hotel, or Restaurant Management is an advantage

4. Flexible availability for shift work and adaptable working hours

5. Pleasant and dynamic personality with natural courtesy, a warm smile, and excellent verbal communication skills

6. Strong teamwork spirit
