What you'll do
- Greet guests and assist with check-in and check-out

Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- PMS and Microsoft Office skills
- Written and verbal communication skills
- English fluency and preferably German or French fluency
- Managing check-in and check-out processes
- Handling guest queries and complaints
- Handling phone and email correspondence
- Maintaining safety and hygiene standards
- Handling administrative tasks

Responsibilities

Requirements
Education on Tourism Services
Two (2) years’ minimum experience in the same position
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Fluency in English & Preferably German or French
Ability to maintain a positive, friendly attitude even under high pressure
-Excellent knowledge of PMS & Microsoft Office
