As a Front Office Agent you will

·        Greet guests courteously upon arrival

·        Promote in house and sister properties’ services and facilities

·        Handle guest needs, inquiries and requests

·        Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy

·        Record, store, access, and/or analyze computerized financial information

·        Ensure that all pertinent information is recorded on registration card, reports daily activity on log book

·        Conduct check-in and check-out procedures based on Andronis Arrival and Departure standards

Entry Requirements

·        Experience in a 4 or 5 stars boutique hotel environment

·        Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written

·        Additional language knowledge would be consider an extra asset

·        Be a team player and a great communicator with guests from all over the world, colleagues and managers in all departments

·        Upselling and organizational skills

·        Experience with Front office software, like Opera, Fidelio & Protel
