What you'll do
- Greet guests and assist with check-in and check-out processes
- Maintain a positive attitude and friendly demeanor
- Respond to guest questions and requests
- Handle travel arrangements
- Manage queries and complaints via phone, email, and correspondence
- Answer and forward phone calls
- Keep the workspace tidy and orderly
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Receive, sort, distribute, and dispatch daily mail
- Handle transcription, printing, and photocopying
- Maintain safety and hygiene standards in the reception area
- Handle walk-in guests and last-minute reservations
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Fluency in English and preferably German or French
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of PMS and Microsoft Office
- Experience in guest service and complaint handling
- Skill in handling travel arrangements and phone calls
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance

Requirements
Education on Tourism Services
Two (2) years’ minimum experience in the same position
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Fluency in English & Preferably German or French
Ability to maintain a positive, friendly attitude even under high pressure
-Excellent knowledge of PMS & Microsoft Office
